Excelente lugar, las instalaciones de la habitación cómodas, limpias, iluminadas, la cocineta equipada, el baño amplio, el balcón iluminado y con suficiente espacio. El personal capacitado, atento, la atención de Mati excelente, siempre atento a responder a mis dudas o algun requerimiento del espacio. Me volvería a hospedar.

I go to Playa a lot, and this was so far the best Airbnb that I've stayed so far. The place was clean, the host was very attentive, and the building itself is beautiful. It has a pool and a gym available. I am very happy with my stay here. I would definitely come back here in the future! Thank you!

El lugar está tal cual como en las fotos. Muy limpio y súper bien ubicado. Mati siempre estuvo antento a nuestras dudas. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Def loved the location, walk ability, Mega Grocery and Walmart is all walking distance as well as 5th street! Close enough to everything, far enough to not hear club noises. Rooftop pool and views are a sweet bonus

El espacio es justo como en la publicación, buenas amenidades, super cerca de la quinta avenida y de la playa. Un pro es que hay una estación de policías a unos metros, entonces en todo momento había seguridad extra. Super recomendado host y apartamento. Volvería con gusto 🙏

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Check-in was easy, the place was clean and exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Mati’s place! The location was excellent, just steps from 5th Avenue, restaurants and shops, and close to public beaches and beach clubs. The area felt very safe. The apartment is fairly new, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi with the ocean view. The concierge staff were also very kind and polite. Mati was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. He shared access to a nice nearby beach club with a minimum food and beverage consumption, which we really enjoyed.
