We are a vacation rental management company based in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.
Who we are
In Playa Rentals looks after a collection of private apartments and condos in some of the best-located buildings of Playa del Carmen. We work from the city, with a local team that knows each apartment, each building and each street around it.
Our idea is simple: a better way to stay. Private spaces, prime locations and the freedom to enjoy Playa del Carmen your way.
What we do
We manage vacation rentals from end to end: preparing the apartment, welcoming guests, answering questions during the stay and taking care of cleaning and maintenance between bookings.
Guests can book directly with us through this website, and our rentals are also available on other platforms.
How we take care of you
Our guest support team answers messages every day and is available for emergencies around the clock. Before arrival we ask you to validate your ID online, so that check-in is simple and the buildings stay safe for everyone.
If something is not as expected, tell us. We would rather fix it during your stay than hear about it afterwards.
