External guests are not allowed in public areas and maximum capacity for each apartment can't be exceeded. In this cases, studios are for a maximum of 2 people.

• Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.
• Daily cleaning is not included in the rate.
• Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to avoid additional charges.
• Travel cot available for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights), subject to availability and advance request. Confirmation is required.
• For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is charged separately.
• For stays over 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.
• Security cameras are installed in common areas only, including lobby, hallways, pools and building entrance. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

We're 2 blocks from the beach, 50m from touristic police and 1 block from 7-Eleven convenience store. There's also one Oxxo 2 blocks from the building and a few restaurants within a 2-block walk.
