Space

Located on CTM Avenue, just a few blocks from the beach, this luxurious and modern studio features a safe, Wi-Fi, and plenty of natural light, a king-size bed, and a sofa bed. The studio boasts a minimalist and contemporary design. The building has a swimming pool.

We have a 24/7 reception desk where you will need to check in upon arrival. We will then send you the access code to enter the unit.

Notes

• Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.
• We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request; these must be ordered before 5:00 PM.
• Travel crib available for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights), including mattress, sheets and blanket. Subject to availability — please request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

The property features a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic ocean views, a gym, steam room, co-working space, a lobby with natural vegetation, lounge terraces, and fire pits. Some units include a private jacuzzi or plunge pool. Security is provided 24/7 with controlled access.

Mandatory use of wristbands for guests

Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.

You're in Zazil Ha, one of the most comfortable and walkable areas of Playa del Carmen. The area is safe, vibrant, and perfect for getting around on foot without any hassle.

Located just steps from the Blue Flag public beach and clubs like Martina's Beach Club and Encanto Beach Club. Is situated in one of Playa del Carmen's most desirable areas. Its proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops on Fifth Avenue makes it a strategic location for both residents and tourists.
