Space

The studio is equipped with a kitchen including two stoves, a microwave, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. It also features a table with two chairs inside, perfect for enjoying a meal. The balcony offers a table and two chairs overlooking the pool.

The building entrance is on Avenida 15, almost directly across from Oxxo.

Upon arrival, guests must register and present their identification at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, it will be necessary to register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making the reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.

• Travel crib/cot available for $5 USD per night, minimum charge 3 nights (includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability — request in advance and wait for our confirmation.
• Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.
• Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 4:40 PM.
• Check-in at reception with ID. Building access is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition); by booking you agree to register it. No refunds if you decline this procedure.
• Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.
• Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.
• For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.

The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.

For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.

The neighborhood is very quiet. We're one block from 5th Avenue, where you'll find plenty of bars and shops. The building has 24-hour security and biometric access control at both the main entrance and the parking garage. We're also three blocks from 30th Avenue, which is served by public transportation.
