Space

The penthouse is equipped with 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kitchen with an oven and 4 stovetops, a microwave, 2 bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace with a private pool. It also features a rooftop bathroom, lounge chairs, and chairs.

Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this condition and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.

• Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.
• Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 4:40 PM.

• Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.
• Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.
• For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.

The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.

For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.

Neighborhood

The apartment is in the heart of Playa del Carmen, putting you within minutes of everything. Stroll to the famous 5th Avenue for boutiques, restaurants and nightlife, or walk just a few blocks to the white-sand beach. The neighbourhood is lively yet safe, with cafés, grocery stores and convenience shops all around. Attractions like the Cozumel ferry pier and Parque Fundadores are a short walk away.

Getting around

With such a central location, most places are within walking distance. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive, and nearby bus stops make it easy to reach other parts of town. The ADO bus station and colectivo vans are within a short walk, and BiciPlaya bike-share stations let you explore the city on two wheels.
