Space

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap and shampoo. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.

This listing groups different units facing inner court and the street, these last 2 in 1st and 2nd floor. These are assigned subject to availability. If you have any specific request, please ask before booking.

Notes

• Welcome kit included: shampoo, toilet paper, trash bag and soap. Requests for additional salt, oil, and pepper must be made before 4:40 PM.
• Biometric registration is mandatory (fingerprint or facial recognition); without this registration, access to the property will not be permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
• Travel cot available upon request; $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights) and subject to availability.
• Linen and towel changes, as well as housekeeping, are available at an additional cost; daily housekeeping is not included.
• Longer stays: For reservations of 7 nights or more, linen and towel changes are optional and incur an additional charge.
• For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity consumption is billed separately.
• Please take care of the bed linens and towels to avoid additional charges.
• Free on-site parking is included for one vehicle.

The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.

For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
