Designed for a comfortable stay, this penthouse combines indoor living areas with a private rooftop space where you can relax by your own pool or enjoy the sun loungers.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals during your stay, including pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, stove, and a large refrigerator.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a safe that can be easily set up for your personal belongings.

The living room includes a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed and can accommodate up to two additional guests.

Both the bedroom and living room connect to the balcony, creating an easy flow between the apartment's indoor and outdoor spaces.

The property also includes two TVs with cable service and high-speed Wi-Fi.

When you arrive, you will need to register at reception and present a valid ID.

Access to the building is managed through a biometric security system using either fingerprint or facial recognition. During check-in, guests are required to register one of these access methods for future entry to the property.

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept this building policy. Please note that refunds cannot be provided if a guest chooses not to complete the required biometric registration.

• Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.
• Check-in at reception with ID. Building access is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition); by booking you agree to register it. No refunds if you decline this procedure.
• Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.
• Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.
• For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.

Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.

The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.

For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.

Neighborhood

Enjoy a highly convenient location in Playa del Carmen, only about 150 meters from the famous 5th Avenue and within a short walk of the beach.

The surrounding area puts cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets, and Playa del Carmen's nightlife within easy reach.

You'll also be a short ride from the ferry terminals connecting Playa del Carmen with Cozumel and close to popular local attractions such as Parque Fundadores and the Frida Kahlo Museum.

Even with everything nearby, the building offers a comfortable setting where you can return and relax after a day exploring the city.

Getting around

Most of what you'll need during your stay can be reached on foot.

5th Avenue, the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafés, bars, and entertainment are all conveniently nearby.

For longer trips, taxis and rideshare services are widely available around 5th Avenue.

The ADO bus station is only a few blocks away and provides convenient transportation toward Cancun, Tulum, and the airport.

If you'd rather explore by bicycle, nearby BiciPlaya bike-share stations provide another easy way to move around the city.

Guests traveling with a vehicle may also use the available parking space for one car, subject to availability.
