Welcome to your home in Playa del Carmen: spacious, modern, and designed for comfort. This bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment boasts a relaxing layout, perfect for couples, friends, or families.

You'll sleep soundly in comfortable beds (one king and two twins) and enjoy two luxurious bathrooms. Start your mornings on the private balcony, furnished with premium outdoor furniture—ideal for sipping coffee, reading, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a worry-free stay:

• A fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes
• High-speed fiber optic internet for working or streaming content
• Smart TVs, powerful air conditioning, and ceiling fans to keep you cool
• Thoughtful design details that make the space feel both luxurious and inviting

Upon arrival, you'll receive a complimentary welcome kit (toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shampoo. This is a one-time welcome supply and will not be replenished.

The access to the apartment is thru an electronic lock so there's no need to carry keys around.

We'll provide parking garage RF card if needed to access the parking downstairs. To hand off the card, we'll request a deposit which will be refunded upon checkout once the card is returned.

Notes

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, and shampoo. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.

We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.

For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.

Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.

Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.

We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.

Laundry detergent is not included. You can buy it from us through the guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (USD 5 per pack of 3 pods), or bring your own. During your stay, orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the following day.

Mandatory use of wristbands for guests

Building A features a complimentary coworking space for our guests, ideal for working comfortably during your stay. It includes high-speed internet and access to fully equipped meeting rooms, subject to availability.

We offer travel cribs for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights), including mattress, sheets and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before arrival; please make sure you receive our confirmation.

Neighborhood

To get to the beach it's only a 5min walk. The popular 5th ave is only 100m away from the building, where you'll find shops, restaurants and nightlife!

Getting around

Everything’s walkable! Stroll to the beach, bike along 5th Avenue, or explore local favorites like Calle 38’s restaurants and the Corazón art district. Need to go further? Taxis and colectivos easily take you to cenotes, Tulum, or Akumal. A safe, vibrant area made for easy adventures.
