Enjoy a relaxing Caribbean escape in this beautifully furnished boutique studio located on the sixth floor of Nativo.

One of the apartment’s main highlights is its private balcony, where you can enjoy fresh sea breezes and a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. It is the perfect place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

Inside, the studio features a comfortable king-size bed, a sofa bed and a thoughtfully designed living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware and basic kitchen essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

For added convenience, the apartment also includes a private washer and dryer.

Guests can enjoy access to Nativo’s rooftop, featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi and lounge areas with elevated views over Playa del Carmen.

Building security: 24/7 reception and building security for your peace of mind.
Full access: Guests have full access to the rooftop facilities via the building's elevator.
Access is simple and keyless. You will enter the apartment using an electronic lock, so you won't need to carry keys.

Services and Supplies

Welcome Kit: Includes basic toiletries (initial complimentary item, not replenished).
Kitchen Basics: Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request (please request before 5:00 PM).
Cleaning and Linens: Daily cleaning is not included. Linen/towel changes or full cleaning are available for an additional fee and require 24 hours' notice.
Laundry detergent is not included. You can buy it from us through the guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (USD 5 per pack of 3 pods), or bring your own. During your stay, orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the following day.

Preparing for Your Arrival

Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.
Cribs: Available for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights). Advance reservation and confirmation are required.

The rooftop jacuzzi is filled with room-temperature water and needs to be turned on to begin heating.

Heating takes approximately 30 minutes; it is recommended to turn it on in advance to enjoy it at your desired temperature.

Rules and Availability

Linen Care: Please do not use towels or sheets to clean the floor or remove makeup; this prevents damage charges.

We want to inform you that there is currently construction work taking place in the adjacent building, so you may hear typical construction noises during the day.

Nativo is located in Colonia Colosio, a lively and growing area of Playa del Carmen that combines a more local atmosphere with convenient access to the beach and downtown.

Groceries: Chedraui Selecto supermarket is only a few minutes away

Getting around

Walking: The beach, restaurants, cafés and shops are approximately 5 to 10 minutes away on foot.
Cycling: A BiciPlaya shared-bike station is located nearby, offering an easy way to explore the coastline and downtown area.
Taxis: Taxis are usually available around Avenida 10 and the surrounding streets.
ADO bus station: Approximately 10 minutes away by car, with connections to Cancún, Tulum and other destinations in the Riviera Maya.
