• This is a non-smoking apartment.
• Parties and events are not allowed.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• The building has 24/7 security and a doorman.
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
• Complimentary starter kit provided upon arrival with toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked.
• Salt, oil, and pepper may be available upon request if requested before 4:40 PM.
• Daily cleaning is not included.
• Cleaning services and linen or towel changes are available for an additional fee with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Please take good care of the linens and towels. Do not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to avoid additional charges.
• For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is billed separately.
• For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.
• Underground parking is subject to availability and must be confirmed with reception upon arrival.
• Please treat the apartment and building with care and respect during your stay.
