The unit features a spacious king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern living area designed for relaxation. One of the highlights is your private outdoor space, including a cozy patio and a small jacuzzi—perfect to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for short or extended stays, combining functionality with a contemporary design.

This apartment is part of a 2BR Lockoff, so the 2nd room can be rented separately. No areas will be shared with other tenants. After you access the main door, 2 separate doors give separate access to each part.

Guests have access to the full apartment and the building’s amenities.

The building offers 24/7 security and front desk service, ensuring a safe and smooth stay. Access to the apartment is simple and convenient, typically through a secure entry system coordinated prior to arrival.

You will also be able to enjoy common areas such as the rooftop pool, gym, and lounge spaces within the ANAH complex.

• Additional cleaning and linen change service available for an extra charge (please request 24 hours in advance).
• Daily housekeeping is not included.
• Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.
• Please take care of the linens (avoid removing makeup or cleaning the floor with the sheets or towels).
• One parking space included (standard vehicle).
• Travel cot available ($5 USD per night, minimum charge 3 nights, please request in advance).
• Automatic air conditioning shut-off system when you are not in the room (energy saving).
• Washer and dryer available for a fee in the common areas.
• Laundry detergent is not included. You can buy it from us through the guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (USD 5 per pack of 3 pods), or bring your own. During your stay, orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the following day.
• We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request; these must be ordered before 5:00 PM.
