Rooftop, pool and jacuzzi hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Access codes for the main entrance and apartment digital lock are sent on the day of arrival, once the reservation has no pending requirements and the apartment is ready.

Guests must register at reception and present a valid ID or passport upon arrival.

Notes

Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.
Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.
Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.
Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.
Daily cleaning is not included in the rate.
Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to avoid additional charges.
Travel cot available for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights), subject to availability and advance request. Confirmation is required.
For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is charged separately based on meter readings.
For stays over 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional cost, subject to availability.

BLANKO 54 is located just 50 meters from 5th Avenue, in the newer, quieter and more bohemian side of Playa del Carmen.

This area is ideal if you want to stay close to restaurants, cafés, beach clubs and local spots, while enjoying a calmer atmosphere than the busiest downtown streets.
