• Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.
• Basic cooking items (salt, oil, pepper) available upon request before 5:00 PM
• Cleaning is not included
• Extra cleaning, towel & linen changes available upon request (24h notice)
• Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.
• Please take care of towels and linens (no makeup removal or floor use to avoid extra charges)
• Travel crib available ($5 USD per night, minimum charge 3 nights) Must be requested in advance (subject to availability)
• Laundry detergent is not included. You can buy it from us through the guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (USD 5 per pack of 3 pods), or bring your own. During your stay, orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the following day.
