The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a large refrigerator, electric hob, microwave, and coffee maker, so you can easily prepare your meals. Contemporary décor and quality finishes create a stylish and inviting atmosphere, and with high-speed Wi-Fi, you can work or watch videos seamlessly. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or relaxing in the spacious living area, this apartment offers a peaceful haven just steps from the beach.

Guests access the property through a secure lobby with a 24-hour reception. Self check-in is simple: a code allows access to the apartment at any time. During your stay, you'll have full access to all the amenities: cool off in the rooftop infinity pool, soak in the jacuzzis, work out in the gym, or relax in the rooftop lounge and dining area.

Guaranteed parking included. A refundable USD 40 deposit is required for the parking remote and will be returned at check-out once the remote is returned in good condition.

Travel cot available - Advance request required

We offer travel cots for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights), which include a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us in advance to reserve a cot for your little one.

Guaranteed parking included. A refundable USD 40 deposit is required for the parking remote and will be returned at check-out once the remote is returned in good condition.

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary welcome kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.

We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.

For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our housekeeping service.

Laundry detergent is not included. You can buy it from us through the guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (USD 5 per pack of 3 pods), or bring your own. During your stay, orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the following day.

Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.

Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.

We strive to provide all our guests with quality bed linen and towels, so please take good care of them and refrain from using them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.

For bookings of 28 days or more, electricity consumption is billed separately. For bookings of 7 days or more, we require a mandatory bed linen change at an additional cost to maintain cleanliness and ensure we can provide all our guests with quality linen.

Neighborhood

Located on a quiet street in the Centro neighborhood, this condo offers the perfect combination of tranquility and proximity to the beach. It's just steps from the famous Fifth Avenue, the pedestrian promenade lined with international restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a vibrant nightlife.

Despite its central location, the area has a relaxed, local feel, with convenience stores and taco stands frequented by residents. Mamitas Beach, one of Playa del Carmen's most popular beach clubs, is only a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily enjoy your days by the turquoise sea.

Getting around

You don't need a car here: you can walk or practically cycle everywhere. Stroll along the beaches, past shops and restaurants. There are plenty of inexpensive taxis to get around Playa del Carmen, and the ferry to Cozumel or the ADO bus station (for trips to Tulum, Cancun, etc.) are a short ride away. There are also shared local buses on the nearby avenues if you're feeling adventurous. If you rent a car, you'll have access to the hotel's secure underground parking.
