Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, as well as access to common areas within permitted hours (until 10 PM). Enjoy all the amenities and make the most of your stay!

Notes

To improve your arrival experience, we offer a free welcome kit that includes toilet paper, trash bags for the bins, soap, and shampoo. These items will not be replenished and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.

We provide salt, oil and pepper on request, which must be placed before 4:40 PM.

For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional fee (same applies for full maid service). Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price. Just let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.

We want to provide all our guests with quality bedding and towels, so take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.

Travel crib available: prior request required

We offer travel cots for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights), including mattress, linens and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please be sure to receive our confirmation after the request is made. Contact us in advance to ensure a crib for your little one.

Our apartments are equipped with energy-saving systems that use PIR (passive infrared) sensors to automatically turn off the AC when no guests are in the room. In some units, there may also be a limit on how low the temperature can be set.

The apartment's jacuzzi offers ideal hot water for relaxing, with a maximum temperature of approximately 30°C.

Laundry detergent is not included. You can buy it from us through the guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (USD 5 per pack of 3 pods), or bring your own. During your stay, orders placed after 4:40 PM are delivered the following day.
